This session will provide an overview of overpayments in the social security world, what they are and how to deal with them, the ramifications of ignoring these events which are a natural part of the employment process for recipients of disability benefits as well as strategies to deal with overpayments and the role of the benefits practitioner when consumers present with this type of issue.
