This course explores the process for providing proactive benefits and work incentives monitoring and assistance using lecture, PowerPoint, and written materials. This skill-building session provides opportunity for question and answer. Online polling will be used to ascertain knowledge acquisition. A preparatory reading assignment will be provided and is required.
In the past decade, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have become an invaluable tool for attracting and retaining diverse talent and gaining access to new customer markets.
