Through the use of PowerPoint, lecture and written materials, participants will gain highly specialized information that will assist any SSDI beneficiary who wishes to return to work at any level of activity. Proper planning and information is critical to this effort and participants will gain the knowledge necessary to help ease this transition. Online polling will be used to test participant knowledge of work incentives utilization. A preparatory reading assignment will be provided and is required.

On September 13, we will cover how state and local agencies plan for emergencies including the emergency support functions (such as sheltering, communications, and evacuation).
