Moodle Feedback Focus Group
LOOKING FOR MOODLE FEEDBACK!
We are looking for a few focus group members (beta-testers in techie language) for the newest version of the Partners in Policymaking Moodle course.
You were selected to receive this invitation as representing a specific class of the previous Partners experience. We know you are busy and this is a tight time schedule; but we would like some feedback before our new version goes live in March.
What do you have to do?
Sign up for a time on February 25th between 12:30 - 1:30 pm or 5:00 – 6:00 pm. We will send you a link to a Webex session. Once logged in, we will ask you to share your screen and give you a few tasks (look at lessons, check messages, etc.) to complete. Don’t worry; we will talk you through all the steps after you are logged into Webex.
After the tasks, we will ask for your feedback. This should only require 10 – 15 minutes of your time and will be very helpful to our program development team. That’s it. Hope you can join us.

Build the Pipeline: Effective Disability Outreach & Recruitment

It is organized into seven action areas.
This webinar focuses on the action area that most employers, public and private, report is critical to initiating or refining policies and practices for proactively recruiting and hiring qualified people with disabilities. Building the pipeline requires effective outreach practices and strategic recruiting strategies. During this webinar you will learn about building relationships with academic and community organizations, developing internal developmental programs and policies, specific talent resourcing, and the value of formal tracking and reporting procedures. HRCI credits will be available to webinar participants. Presenters: Felicia M. Nurmsen, National Project Ability Leader & Government Solutions Executive, Manpower Jill D.
