Both representative payment and guardianship take away significant and important rights from consumers. When attempting to return to work the work incentive practitioner must include a 3rd party in all work related discussions in order to have everyone on the same page. This session will discuss the programs designed to protect consumers and discuss how each differs and the strategies for involving the players in work related discussions.
