Workforce Trends & Issues
This Training is FULL.
Primary Audience: Business leaders, employers, HR professionals, managers/supervisors, disability service providers, vocational rehabilitation professionals, ADA Coordinators, people with disabilities, public sector professionals.
Several different laws cover people with disabilities in our country. Some laws, such as ADA and the Rehabilitation Act, cover disability issues across several spheres of life; other laws, such as FMLA are specific to employment. All of these laws, however, have undergone changes in the last five years. These changes impact anyone who is charged with complying with the law or anyone who is protected by laws. In this session, we will provide an update of changes across several laws that cover people with disabilities.
Price is only $12 (to be paid at the door) and includes breakfast and all handout materials.
We accept cash or check (payable to Broome-Tioga JSEC).
Please note: “No-Shows” will be billed for the event.
