This course explores the process for providing solid counsel using lecture, PowerPoint, and written materials. This skill-building session provides opportunity for question and answer. Online polling will be used to ascertain knowledge acquisition. A preparatory reading assignment will be provided and is required.

This webinar will provide an overview of the 2012-13 National Governors Association (NGA)Chair's initiative, "A Better Bottom Line: Employing People with Disabilities." The initiative is focused on how states can assist business in hiring and retaining individuals with disabilities. Topics will include the role of the National Governors Association Chairperson, an outline of the vision of Delaware Governor Markell's current initiative, efforts NGA has undertaken so far, and events planned for the future.
