Getting Started
This program consists of both online and in-person elements. Ideally, participants should first go through one of the free online programs (one online program is for employers and one is for disability service providers) before attending the in-person workshop. But this is not required.

Part 1: Take Online Tutorial
- For Employers (Human resource managers or business leaders)
- For Disability Service Providers
Part 2: Attend In-Person Workshop
- 8 workshops planned in New Jersey during 2008 and 2009
- For both employers and disability service providers
- Fully accredited by SHRM (HRCI) and CRC
- 3.5 hours, includes breakfast and optional networking lunch
