Conducting Organizational Assessments
The Benequal Organizational Assessment is an appraisal and planning process designed
to assess efficacy of services and supports delivered by BPA&O Programs and
the extent to which these programs are managed effectively.
Organzational assessment should be facilitated by an assessment team for the
entire agency or individual projects.
