Conducting Organizational Assessments

The Benequal Organizational Assessment is an appraisal and planning process designed to assess efficacy of services and supports delivered by BPA&O Programs and the extent to which these programs are managed effectively.

Organzational assessment should be facilitated by an assessment team for the entire agency or individual projects.

This website serves the BPA&O Organizational Assessment process in three ways:

  1. Facilitator's Guide
    This guide provides information on the process, principles and goals of conducting an organizational assessment.

  2. Benequal User's Guide
    The Benequal User's Guide provides step-by-step instructions on the use of the Benequal Online Organizational Assessment Tool.

  3. Benequal Assessment Tool
    This is an online survey and planning tool designed to help BPA&O assessment teams in the following 2 ways:
    a) determine areas of improvement in their organization; and
    b) create action steps to improve targeted areas.
