Allison Weiner Heinemann : Biography
Allison Weiner holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature (Yale University, 2008). Allison is currently teaching ILRLR 1200: Introduction to Disability Studies and ILRLR 2060: Writing Seminar in Law: Perspectives on Disability in the Department of Labor Relations, Law, and History, and will teach a new advanced writing seminar on disability and ethics in the Spring. She was an Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow and Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Comparative Literature at Cornell from 2008-2010. She specializes in Disability Studies, particularly with regard to representations of disability in culture and contemporary ethical and legal issues.
