Institute of Collective Bargaining

Director: Harry C. Katz
(607) 255-3230

The Institute of Collective bargaining serves as a catalyst in bringing together scholars and practitioners to analyze the major transitions taking place in the industrial relations system and the collective bargaining process. In addition to promoting an ongoing dialogue on collective bargaining development and outcomes, the Institute undertakes and supports a program of research on critical industrial relations issues, sponsors a variety of topical conferences and seminars, and disseminates information to academicians and practitioners throughout the industrial relations community.
