Raines International was founded in 1969 and is a boutique retained executive search firm. The firm conducts senior level search assignments, domestically and internationally, within five key practice areas: Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Diversity. Our client base comprises top performing Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms. The NYC office is the headquarters, and the majority of the firm’s operations are conducted in NYC. There are 18 employees, and the firm is led by its founder, Bruce R. Raines.
Raines is seeking highly intelligent, disciplined, and polished undergraduates from top colleges and universities to join the Internship Program. As a Research Analyst, students will work closely with the Research Department and receive training in each step of the search process, with immediate exposure to Managing Directors.
The Research Analyst position at Raines International provides exceptional college students with broad exposure to the overall executive search process, spanning new business development, search strategy development, candidate identification and assessment, candidate referencing, and the development of firm-wide performance metrics. The Research Department serves as the training ground for future Recruiters, also known as Associates, and therefore Raines invests a great deal in professional development through training and mentorship.
In this role students will develop a maturity in dealing with clients, gain exposure to the methodology behind the Raines International executive search process, and learn about the various functions within businesses. Raines has a proven “high potential” promotion track record and strong performers have the ability to accelerate their careers within the company.
