- Second project could focus on their high profile corporate & social responsibility initiative which receives a high degree of focus. They use CSR projects to engage and retain employees in general, and also structure CSR projects in ways that allow them to develop high-potential employees as part of its Accelerated Leadership Development Program. Their underlying CSR philosophy is to help make NGOs more sustainable (rather than simply donate money; thus, they involve employees to help develop structures and programs that NGOs will then be able to sustain.
