INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Talent Acquisition Intern:
Intern will assist with daily HR department administration for an assignment of 3-6 months.  On-going projects may include tasks such as assisting in the writing of position descriptions, Internet and Job Board Posting, Recruitment Support, Diversity Planning, and Orientation
coordination activities.  This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the Talent Acquisition Process for an innovative company.  This will not be the typical Human Resources Internship, but an education beyond the classroom.  Good computer and communication skills are required.

HR Operations:
Data Analysis Project Coordination, Six Sigma project improvement initiatives.  There will be multiple improvement initiatives.  Data analysis skills preferred.  Basic team leadership & small project management concepts a plus.

Corporate HR:
The human resource team is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn more about various aspects of the human resource field.  The internship will include working directly with the VP of Corporate HR as well as the HR Coordinator on a wide range of projects including company wide communications, employee initiatives and recruitment.
