For most of its history the ILR Credit Internship Program operated almost exclusively within
the United States. In recent years, however, we have sought to expand its scope
in attempt to offer our students unique opportunities to experience industrial
and labor relations in an international setting.
The ILR School established a unique partnership with the International Labour
Organization in Geneva, Switzerland several years ago. We now routinely place
students in the various offices, agencies and departments of the ILO, including
a once in a lifetime opportunity in Cairo, Egypt.
We have expanded our program further to include great internships with the European
Foundation on the Improvement of Living & Working Conditions in Dublin, Ireland;
the Employers' Forum on Disability and the GMB, in London, England; and our newest
internship with the Congress of South African Trade Unions in Johannesburg.
Other great opportunities are in the planning stages for Paris, London, and Australia.
If you are interested in pursuing an international credit internship, please
