Professor David Lipsky deserves credit for introducing me to Conflict Resolution studies in a course on negotiation at Cornell University. My plans to work in Conflict Resolution began in that class and have solidified since, aided by working full time after graduation as the Assistant to John Bickerman, a full time mediator and arbitrator, President of Bickerman Dispute Resolution, PLLC. 
 
In the past few years, I have been studying Mandarin Chinese, first with Cornell's FALCON (Foreign Asian Language Concentration) program, and more recently in Taipei at National Taiwan University. I am currently enrolled in St. John's University School of Law in New York, with the intention of building a career involving mediation and Chinese law.
