There are numerous opportunities to mediate with the federal and state governments over workplace, enforcement and regulatory actions.
This two-day workshop will explore the spectrum of mediating a wide range of disputes that arise in the federal and state governments.
Much of the workshop will be devoted to providing practical advice by giving examples, identifying strategies and challenges, and learning how to be successful in resolving a variety of disputes.
The course will be taught by Richard Fincher and John Bickerman. Both Dick and John are full-time mediators with significant experience in mediating federal sector disputes.
Registration fee includes all program materials, breakfast and lunch each day.
