This one day workshop is designed to introduce union and management representatives to concepts and problems with ethics involving handing grievances and during arbitration. In "demystifying" the rules of ethics, participants will learn how to become aware of problems and manage complex ethical issues. This course is targeted both for current union and management advocates and prospective labor arbitrators.
