As you consider job offers and corresponding compensation and career opportunities presented, this workshop is intended to help you understand the various elements of the job offer, with particular emphasis on how the mix of salary, incentive and /or stock-based compensation can be assessed in your evaluation of the total financial aspects of your job offer(s). There will also be an opportunity to discuss the assessment of career development opportunities and how your initial job may fit within an overall professional development plan.
