ILR HR Studies Professor John Bishop Co-Authors Federal Job Creation Tax Credit Proposal
ILR HR Studies professor John Bishop has co-authored a federal job creation tax credit proposal with Tim J. Bartik of the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research. The proposal was unveiled today at the Economic Policy Institute in Washington, D.C.
Bishop discussed the details of the proposal in a recent ILR interview, and also as a featured guest on CNN's Lou Dobbs tonight on October 9, 2009.
