Alumni to Alumni (A2A) Network
On August 7th, the Cornell ILR Alumni Association announced the pilot launch, as outlined below.
Scope of Pilot Program
This program will be geared to ILR Alumni Association members, currently unemployed with at least 5 years experience beyond Cornell, and who are seeking positions in the NYC/NJ, Boston/MA and CT metro areas. We have chosen these criteria for our pilot program due to the large concentration of potential ILR alumni volunteers within this geography and the very challenging economic environment in this area.
The program will be offered to the first 50 job seekers who are current ILR Alumni Association members with at least 5 years post ILR work experience and are seeking a position in the Boston to NY/NJ corridor. It will consist of volunteer alumni members who agree to provide an initial 30 minute in-person or phone informational interview with an alumni job seeker.

We currently have 45 coaches and 15 participants is the A2A Network!
Suggested Meeting Topics:
- Feedback on resume (and possibly Linked In profile)
- Any networking introductions which may be applicable
- Input on, and suggestions for, job search and interviews
- Insights on targeted employers

As the A2A Network is restricted to ILRAA Members, should you need assistance paying your ILR Alumni Association dues, please register on-line.
