ILR professor argues that "workers' rights are human rights" in new book

Jim Gross's "A Shameful Business: The Case for Human Rights in the American Workplace" offers a "new way of looking at an old problem."

Part of his motivation for writing the book is to "create a little turmoil." "If you want to change things," Gross says, "a first step is to change the argument."
