In May 2016, ALAP staff visited the EOC of Hong Kong, joined by General Counsel David Lopez of the US EEOC and by Aaron Halegua, a Fellow of New York University School of law. The EOC Chair is Alfred Chan. The discussion included the effectiveness of the EOC mediation program, and development of the anti-discrimination law in Hong Kong, a special administrative zone of China.
