One of the greatest strengths of a degree from ILR is that it prepares students for a variety of fields, including business, law, public policy, labor relations, non-profit work, government, and many other area. The ILR curriculum can also prepare students for a wide range of graduate schools. Every year, approximately 10% of graduates go directly to law school, while another 5-10% attend graduate programs in public affairs, business, economics, international relations, teaching, and other areas.
