ILR has an active and aggressive Office of Career Services that students can rely on for résumé critiques, interview coaching, online resources, and recruiting feedback. The following graph shows that the Office of Career Services helped 65% of respondents from the class of 2006 find jobs. 38% of respondents found work with the more than one hundred organizations that send recruiters to the ILR school in the fall and spring to interview students.
