ILR has an active Office of Career Services that students can rely on for résumé critiques, interview coaching, online resources, and recruiting feedback.

Twenty-three percent of those students who began working found employment with one of the more than 100 organizations that sent recruiters to the ILR School in the fall and spring to interview students.
