Recruiters talking to a studentThe interdisciplinary ILR curriculum prepares you for a career in business, law, public policy, labor relations, government and many other fields.

The curriculum also allows students to prepare for a wide range of graduate programs. About 15-20 percent of graduates attend law school, and another 10 percent enter graduate programs to pursue degrees in public affairs, business, economics, international relations, teaching and other areas.
