Using any supported device with an Internet connection, you can securely access your ILR files from home or on the road, using Web Folders. The Web Folders service enables you to view, modify, delete, rename, upload and download your files. Most popular Internet browsers like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Opera and Safari are supported. In addition, there are iOS and Android apps available in the Google Play and Apple stores. Search for "HTTP Commander" and install the free app, then use the instructions below to configure access to the server.
To Access Web folders, open one of the supported browsers or mobile app and enter the following URL: https://webfolders.ilr.cornell.edu
If you receive a 403 error be sure you have placed the 's' in https://
For Windows 7
Login using ilr\loginID (this is usually your NetID) and password (the one you use to access your ILR computer).
For Windows 10
Login using cornell\netid and your email password.
Once you have successfully logged in, the Web Folders web page will identify you, and your available shared folders should be displayed. Simply click on the link to the desired share and another window will open. You can also right click on files/folders for additional options.

Please be sure to log off when you are finished accessing your files. The logoff button is on the upper right hand side of the screen next to your Login ID.
