I cannot log into CommonSpot, what is wrong?
Check to see if any of the following apply:
- Are you logging into author.ilr.cornell.edu?
- Are you using IE 8, Firefox 10 ESR, or Chrome 12?
- Are you logging into your specific web site?
You can only see the editing icons in the sites that you have permission to edit.
- Are you trying to log in from a bookmark?
Bookmarking the Cornell netID authentication page can cause errors when logging into CommonSpot.
