Cornell ILR offers the Credit Internship Program to qualified ILR juniors and seniors who receive a semester’s credit and gain significant professional experience in a range of organizations across the U.S. and around the world. Many students intern in the field of Compensation, drawing on the resources of the Institute for Compensation Studies™.
