Strategic goals and talent management part of performance pay systems

Performance pay systems are effective when they align with strategy and culture of a company or industry, according to Linda Barrington. The ICS managing director spoke with StateImpact Ohio, a collaboration between National Public Radio and several Ohio stations.  Focused on state education issues, StateImpact Ohio reported on performance pay lessons from the private sector in its examination of teacher pay.
